_: Type: SystemDouble
A double we do not care about, except to know to create a INumericTypeT for double.
min: Type: SystemDouble
The min value (included) of the chunk.
max: Type: SystemDouble
The max value (included) of the chunk.

Type: INumericTypeDouble
Return a new INumericTypeT for double so that adding chunks can be chained.
