_: Type: SystemDateTime
A DateTime we do not care about, except to know to create a INumericTypeT for DateTime.
min: Type: SystemDateTime
The min value (included) of the created chunk.

Type: INumericTypeDateTime
Return a new INumericTypeT for DateTime so that adding chunks can be chained.
