_: Type: SystemSByte
A sbyte we do not care about, except to know to create a INumericTypeT for sbyte.
min: Type: SystemSByte
The min value (excluded) of the created chunk.

Type: INumericTypeSByte
Return a new INumericTypeT for sbyte so that adding chunks can be chained.
