_: Type: SystemUInt16
A ushort we do not care about, except to know to create a INumericTypeT for ushort.
min: Type: SystemUInt16
The min value (included) of the chunk.
max: Type: SystemUInt16
The max value (included) of the chunk.

Type: INumericTypeUInt16
Return a new INumericTypeT for ushort so that adding chunks can be chained.
