Adds a chunk of numeric values above min

A int we do not care about, except to know to create a INumericTypeT for int.
min: Type: SystemInt32
The min value (excluded) of the created chunk.

Type: INumericTypeInt32
Return a new INumericTypeT for int so that adding chunks can be chained.
