Adds a chunk of numeric values above min

_: Type: SystemByte
A byte we do not care about, except to know to create a INumericTypeT for byte.
min: Type: SystemByte
The min value (excluded) of the created chunk.

Type: INumericTypeByte
Return a new INumericTypeT for byte so that adding chunks can be chained.
